How Long After Corrective Jaw Surgery Can You Start Talking?

Catorgories: I work at home (technical rep) and I am trying to find a good time to schedule my jaw surgery. Anyone that has had the procedure done..how long can you start speaking? I’m not worried about how I will look, because I will be at home most of the time, but when can you start opening your mouth and hold a normal conversation? Thanks!
