I’ve had my tongue pierced for a year and a half, I just want to be able to sleep with out the ring in because I keep swallowing the balls. Please help I’m afraid of it closing up. I’ve heard it hurts to get it re-pierced, but then again I heard it hurt to pierce it in the first place, but it didn’t!

I want to get mine done without mum knowing. If it’s healed and everything will it be obvious to someone just looking at me (not necessarily at my bellybutton just maybe if I’m wearing a bikini or something)? I’m not fat, pretty thin and I am not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon
