I normally run outside but it’s starting to get cold and I am wondering if I will lose progress during the winter if I am running on a treadmill instead of outside. I also lift weights and crunches. Plan to join in 1 year.

Yesterday night I plugged my iphone in to charge. I must have pressed clocks when I put it in as this morning when I woke up, 8 hours later, and unlocked the phone clocks was the first thing to show up on screen. Does that mean that the internet was connected all night or does it disconnect when it locks?

I’m thinking about taking one because I have an intense essay test in my Asian 235 class and I’m feeling really tired and unfocused today. Should I go with an energy drink or one of these? Or neither? I don’t drink caffeine everyday and only have energy drinks like 3 or 4 times a month…

I work at home (technical rep) and I am trying to find a good time to schedule my jaw surgery. Anyone that has had the procedure done..how long can you start speaking? I’m not worried about how I will look, because I will be at home most of the time, but when can you start opening your mouth and hold a normal conversation? Thanks!
