Why Does Obama Deny A Baby Who Survives An Abortion Any Medical Treatment? Is He A Monster?

In other words, despite the abortionists best attempts to kill an unborn citizen, the baby does not die. Yet Obama would deny the surviving baby ANY medical treatment. He’d rather set the baby aside on a closet shelf and let it die.
